Beyo Global

Beyo Global works with companies and organisations to define what their business and product propositions are for different markets and countries. How do we do that? We talk to the our clients’ customers, we observe them in a variety of settings, we look into their culture, history, social norms and many more… basically making sure we know exactly what makes them tick. This way we can see what influences their behaviours, drives their needs and has an impact on their attitude to different things.

 We work globally and our clients include Spotify (across at least 6 different countries), Asana, The Marriott Hotel Group and TransUnion. But we don’t just work with big brands. We also work with start-ups via our venture capitalist clients.

The opportunity

Nature of the role:

  • Working closely with the Business Development/Commercial Manager to generate new business, including strategic input

  • Creation of marketing plan and associated collateral

  • Execute marketing plan and curate marketing materials

  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing plan

  • Identify and secure UK and international speaking opportunities to build the company profile

  • Liaise with international and trade press

  • Identify strategic partnerships

 Previous experience

  • Hands on B2B marketing experience

  • Development of strategic partnerships

  • International market experience

  • Experience working journalists and tradeshow/conference organisers in the UK and abroad

  • Good research and negotiation skills

What we can offer

Although our work is global, we are based in a central Bristol location. We have a policy of offering as much flexibility as we possibly can. What is important to us is to find the right candidate. We would consider both part-time and full-time applicants.

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (FTE) | Full time or part time (16 hours)
