TRAINING/WORKSHOP
Culturalisation and International UX: Creating what is best for your global customers
A remote or in-person workshop with your team on how to use the appropriate level of customer and market insights to grow your global businesses.
When your products and services involve global audiences, it adds another layer of complexity to customer experience - The differences in their cultures, the influences of their political and economical history, the impact of their infrastructure setup and so on. These factors shape how a society (your local customers) functions, behaves, wants, needs and accepts.
This practical, hands-on workshop takes a unique holistic approach to enable you to learn how to understand your international markets and customers on various levels (well-suited to your business and industry). Use the insights and turn them into tangible, actionable plans where you can use to decide how you are going to approach the design, features, marketing and proposition of your products and services.
