We’ll use real examples and the challenges you’re facing in the discussion and exercises to make sure they’re as relevant to you as possible. This will also mean that you can apply the takeaways and output from this workshop and apply directly to your work.

I’ve worked with organisations like Spotify (20+ countries across 8 different teams, still counting), Asana, Netflix, Marriott, Babylon Health, Arrival, SEEK Asia and ANZ, Fiverr, Arrival, Google and the BBC as well as many startups and VCs so will share my experience of researching, planning and designing successful digital products and services for global markets.

I have spent 15 years advising clients, including Spotify, Netflix, Marriott, Asana, Babylon Health, Clarks, TransUnion, Google and the BBC on international cultural insights and global strategy. I have a PhD in Human-Computer Interaction and am the author of International User Research.

I shape and run this workshop so that it is fun, interactive and practical.
